plaster, approximately 500mm-700mm high, 1996-97, a series of figures each bearing what the artist calls a "trace of feeling" despite their anonymity. During the touring exhibition of her work in Poland in 1997-98, they were ranged around the walls, as onlookers at the proceedings, barely engaging with the visitors. The statues, sometimes coloured, some embellished with gold leaf, usually plain white, are priced from £500-£1000 each.
