51 THE WORSHIPFUL COMPANY OF FURNITURE MAKERS Livery badge, arms of the Company rev engraved Presented by D Barry Ercolani CBE Master 1985-86 silver gilt & enamel, maker JRG (Gaunt) oval with brooch bar LIVERYMAN in box £70 Note: Ercolani was the founder of the Ercol Furniture Company
52 THE WORSHIPFUL COMPANY OF GARDENERS (incorporated 1605), silver gilt Master's badge, engraved Kenneth Ernest Schweber Master 1951-52, with green and white striped neck ribbon, A Wyon Medallist (original design c. 1920-30) Gilt silver 47mm. £195
53 - Livery or Past Masters badge as above but not engraved but bearing trace of a loop mount, for wearing, London hallmark for 1968/9 maker AP silver 47mm. a bit knocked about VF £60

55 THE WORSHIPFUL COMPANY OF GOLDSMITHS A List of the Wardens, Assistants and Livery of the Company, London 1946 giving the addresses of the members and the date of their admission to the Livery, 82pp, bound with red cloth covers £50 A curiosity now but no doubt very helpful to the liverymen.
56 - Goldsmith's Hall Dinner, silver gilt medal die struck with a laurel wreath and engraved with the shield of the Corporation of the City of London; reverse engraved Goldsmith's Hall from the Lord Mayor of London to his Majesty's Reserves of Officers Presented to Lady Grace Elliott Guest of Maj. John R Russell, marked silver, silver gilt 32mm. £60
57 - bronze souvenir medal by Martin Page for the Company's 650th Birthday 1977, with the leopard's head and a list of the Company's activities on one side; a view of the facade of the Hall on the other, 44mm. £20
58 HABERDASHERS COMPANY bronze medal bearing the arms of the Company presented to HRH Prince Arthur KG KT KP GCMG upon his being admitted a Liveryman of the Haberdashers Company 2nd July 1873 Aldn D H Stone, Master 54mm. This is the only piece with a Royal connection we have found. £195
59 - bronze medal with the arms of the Company to H F Geary for proficiency in Mathematics July 1902, in original box, D George Collins, manufacturing silversmith 118 Newgate St. London. 54mm. £60
60 THE WORSHIPFUL COMPANY OF IRONMONGERS bronze medal in commemoration of the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Victoria BHM 3350 1897 38mm. £35
61 - a uniface iron badge with five small holes for attaching to cloth, 80mm. THE WORSHIPFUL COMPANY OF IRONMONGERS CHRIST'S HOSPITAL around two salamanders rampant attached by a chain. £60 Note: Christ's Hospital School have a tradition, since its foundation by Charles II, for scholars to wear large badges. This it would seem is a fairly recent extension of the tradition.
62 JOINERS COMPANY - bronze medal with the arms of the Company; reverse St James and scallop shells, maker WJ Taylor not awarded 50mm. £60
63 - Bronze prize medal as above but reverse Carpenters & Joiners Exhibition around a wreath bronze medal not awarded, (ex Pinches Archive) 50mm. £60
64 LEATHER SELLERS COMPANY, a shield shaped badge in silver with lugs at the side for attaching to leather, made by V & S (Vaughton) Birmingham 1896/7 28mm. this example a little dented £50
65 - another badge in silver as above but hallmark 1907/8 lug at left missing £50
66 MERCHANT TAYLORS COMPANY, bronze commemorative medal for the re-inauguration of the school by the Prince & Princess of Wales, Albert Edward and Alexandra, April 6 1875, maker Kenning 48mm. £70
67 - silver "Pitt Club" medal, with the head of William Pitt right, by William Wyon, on the reverse within laurels, Edward William Watson, Pitt Club Exhibitioner from Merchant Taylors School London, Elected 11th June 1873 (i.e. awarded) half glazed (one glass missing) with loop and in original box; 45mm. £185
68 MUSICIANS COMPANY Livery medal swan emblem struck medal, with dates 1409 1604 and 1906; blue, yellow and red ribbon Stanley R Marchant MusD 16th April 1922 silver 32mm. boxed maker Royal Mint some staining on rev. £150 We think the medallist is Gilbert Bayes

70 - silver prize medal and silver decoration boxed, featuring the Muse and her lyre, with the arms of the Company on the obverse; presented to Band Corporal Sidney Dennis by the Worshipful Company of Musicians October 30th 1922 (information on the box lid, and the name engraved on the edge) 55mm. and 24mm. respectively, sculptor Birch £150 Note: naming partly erased on the large medal
71 - another set of prize medal plus decoration, presented to William Northcote Davis, RNSM by the Worshipful Company of Musicians 25th October 1927 (information on the box lid, and the name engraved on the edge) 55mm. and 24mm. respectively, sculptor Birch. £195 Recipient from the Royal Naval School of Music
72 - commemorative medal, arms of the Company rev. Maske by Thomas Campion "The Golden Tree" first performed St. Stephens night 1613 revived by the Master C T D Crews Esq. DLJP FSA at the Guildhall School of Music 29th June 1905, silver 30x55mm. inc. lyre crest, with loop for wearing maker CW £75
