  1. All items are guaranteed genuine as described. On artist's studio cast medals and sculptures slight variations in size and patina may occur. Goods are offered subject to being unsold.

    Our normal office hours are Monday-Friday, 9.30-18.00 - calls on Saturdays are OK but please, we try to keep Sundays completely free from business. Please note we do not have a fax machine.

  3. When ordering, please quote the item number with a short description, or for medals and contemporary works, sculptor and title and title page.

  4. Postage will be added to your invoice at cost (from £1.50 for recorded delivery or £4.50 minimum charge by special delivery) and items invoiced at over £30 sent by registered or insured mail. If you choose not to send by insured mail inland or overseas, then it is at your risk entirely.

  5. Payment in GB pounds sterling is due on receipt of our invoice in cash or by cheque, or by card (Maestro, Mastercard, Visa/Eurocard, Amex). We also accept PayPal and we can send you a PayPal invoice on request. You may by prior agreement be billed in US dollars, if paying by personal cheque. The goods remain our property until paid for in full. Items may be returned, in the same condition, within 7 days (UK) or 30 days (overseas) for a refund less the cost of postage.

  6. These Conditions of Business and any amendment to them shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with English law.
